Inspection wipers

The Texwipe Co. is introducing Black Inspection Wipers made specifically for the inspection of previously wiped cleanroom surfaces to verify the cleaning process. Residual material not removed during primary cleaning operations can be picked up by the black wiper substrate and will appear as a white film or white particles.

Black Inspection Wipers are made of continuous filament polyester and are fabricated, laundered and packaged bag-within-a-bag in Texwipe`s Class 1 Cleanroom Products Manufacturing Center. The wipes are available with either sealed (order no. TX1094) or non-sealed (order no. TX1093) edges and can be used for monitoring the wet cleans of semiconductor etching and processing equipment as well as for verifying cleaning operations during new semiconductor fab clean-build constructions and new pharmaceutical aseptic suites. The non-sealed edge wipers are generally used in the earlier stages of construction while the sealed edge wipers are used during the more stringent final wipedown activities.
