To the Editor:

Last September, you described the ATP technology within the food industry. The article was very interesting! I`m wondering if it is also applicable for the medical device industry as a tool for monitoring hygiene within production cleanrooms. For this purpose, you need a quick test which is sensitive enough to catch low numbers of colony forming units. Do you have more information?
