Cleanroom pioneer elected ASHRAE fellow
Clean Air Systems Design (Rosemont, PA) owner Alexander G. Nesher has been elected a fellow of the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE). Nesher, a pioneer in the design and application of clean air systems and equipment, has received numerous patents for cleanroom-related inventions, including a nozzle-type laminar flow producing ceiling tile; a sterile animal breathing and feeding container closure; directional laminar air flow devices; and HEPA filters with integral separators. He also introduced the concept of a centralized, remote clean air supply in conjunction with directional laminar airflow unitary equipment. — SG
