November 28, 2001 — SAN DIEGO, CA — MeltroniX, Inc. introduced it’s first standard microelectronics product. The multichip module (MCM) is a part of a family of stepping motor drivers based on a proprietary design and MeltroniX’s SMT assembly capabilities.

This is part of a previously announced strategy of expanding its business strategy to include proprietary technology based products for high-end markets, including industrial, military and space. These products are part of a product line including: dual, two phase stepping motor driver DP 1204; dual two phase stepping motor driver DP 1103D; and dual, two phase micro stepping motor driver DP 1123D Modules are available for both industrial applications as well as ruggedized military version, both based on commercial off-the-shelf COTS devices.
MeltroniX, Inc. caters to OEM electronics companies including wireless, Internet equipment, medical, and broadband communications manufacturers and provides semiconductor interconnect solutions. The company’s facilities include an ISO Class 7 (class 10,000) cleanroom.
