Garment and storage cabinets from CleanZones, LLC are designed as an effective means to store prepackaged, unopened and opened garments for cleanroom use. All cabinets feature sloped tops to prevent particulate build-up or storage of unwanted materials. Clear acrylic doors with self-closing hinges and 1/4-turn, chrome-plated handles ensure a clean look and easy observation of the components inside the cabinet. The basic cabinet is available with shelves and can also be used to store tools, wipers, caps, booties, etc. HEPA-filtered garment cabinets are also available to provide a Class 100 [ISO Class 5] “bath” of clean air over opened hanging garments. These units use a minipleat HEPA filter with a minimum efficiency of 99.99 percent at 0.3 micron in an anodized-aluminum frame. Quiet motors provide the airflow through the HEPA filter. Anodized-aluminum prefilter and relief grills allow intake and exhaust of the air with minimal cross-contamination to surrounding areas. HEPA-filtered combination garment cabinets are available with both shelf storage for unopened garments and a HEPA-filtered side with Class 100 airflow over the hanging garments.
