The Series 2000 unit from King Air Systems supplies temperature control and HEPA filtration for cleanroom applications.

It`s designed specifically for critical process type applications. It has a double wall construction, which allows the inside of the unit to be cleaned and sanitized. The inner liner encloses the insulation, keeping it out of the airstream. The unit will provide positive pressurization of an area to eliminate contaminants entering through doors and other openings.

The Series 2000 Unit incorporates two sets of filters. A prefilter, at the inlet of the unit, is used to extend the life of the final filter and also keep the interior of the unit clean. Final filters, located at the discharge of the unit, are either 95 percent or 99.97 percent efficient on a 0.3 micron particle size. This filtration system will remove yeast, mold and airborne bacteria.
