An improved version of Clestra Cleanroom, Inc.`s AdvancAir has been introduced for several OEM mini-environment applications.

AdvancAir is a pre-engineered, prefabricated and pretested industrial-grade modular air handling unit that uses a system of components in ready-to-install 26-in. cubes.

AdvancAir offers a capacity of 18 tons and 5,000 cfm in a single, direct-drive plug fan module with temperature control to +/-0.1&#176F and humidity to +/-0.5 percent RH as standard.

PC-based controls provide pressurization control and control process support services for the enclosure tool.

For semiconductor operations, enclosure performance at Sub Class 1 conditions can be achieved, and the Advanc Air unit is designed for remote location in the subfab.
