Validatable software package

Particle Measuring Systems has recently developed a validatable software package, Pharm-View, for the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.

Pharm-View is a real-time system that employs Windows features, such as the Multiple Document Interface (MDI), which lets numerous documents run simultaneously. The operator is able to set alarm parameters for each data collection point (DCP) by assigning upper and lower limits. If the data collected for a DCP falls outside the predetermined boundary, the color of the status area will change to reflect the current conditions. The user can define and schedule printed reports at a selected date and time through the Pharm-View program. Weekly and monthly DCP reports are also available. A four-level password security system is provided.
