Water analyzer
A compact new total organic carbon on-line analyzer that meets the proposed PMA requirements for TOC in water for injection and also performs cleaning validation is introduced by Ionics.
Ionics` TOCON 7000 Analyzer performs continuous analysis with 1 ppb detection on-line and provides a direct reading of organic concentration within 60 seconds.
Requiring no chemicals, pumps or moving parts, it diverts water through a bypass loop into a reaction chamber where the organics are oxidized by UV radiation and then measured by differential conductivity detectors.
Available in wall-mounted and portable configurations, Ionics` TOCON 7000 Analyzer is self-contained, measures 20 in. ¥ 16 in. ¥ 6 in., and can be optionally equipped with a minifold system to perform multiple point analyses.
Providing a single flow rate adjustment and range selectable operation from 0-100 ppb to 0-1,000 ppb, this analyzer can be easily calibrated in the field.
