The DP-5100 in-line dispensing system from Amistar Corp. combines time/pressure-driven syringes with a liquid-level detection sensor system and a temperature-controlled fluid heater to ensure fluid viscosity and volumetric control. This approach elimi nates the classic time/pressure dis pensing problem of decreasing volumetric control as dispensing progresses, giving users +/-3 percent volumetric control.

The DP-5100 can have one to three dispense heads and dispenses up to three fluids. Each head has a 30cc syringe to dispense fluids such as solder paste, adhesives, or sealant at rates of up to 21,000 dots per hour. Each dispense has programmable Z-axis height control to ensure proper application of the desired dot or line of fluid.
