Pre-filled dilution bottle

The Weber DB one-piece dilution bottle from Weber Scientific eliminates the traditional procedure of making your own dilution blanks. The 150 ml bottle comes in three pre-measured formulations for food and dairy products, water/wastewater, or pharmaceuticals and cosmetics and is available in either a 99 ml fill (1/100 dilution ratio) or a 90 ml fill (1/120 dilution ratio). The product is guaranteed sterile and is accurately buffered to pH 7.2 +/- 0.2.

The attached, easy-to-open cap is guaranteed leak-proof before and after opening. A “living” hinge lets the bottle stay put and out of the way during use. This means that it is never set down or held, enhancing aseptic handling and greatly reducing the chance of contamination. The bottles are recyclable and feature color-coding by buffer and fill and have a two-year shelf life.
