Omega Design?s ST Unscrambler accommodates a wide range of straight-sided plastic container sizes, and is ideal for pharmaceutical, personal care, food and specialty chemical product packaging. Standard features include a floor-level hopper with cleated elevator, a simple change part design, starwheel delivery, gentle container handling, and fully automatic operation. The ST Unscrambler accommodates container sizes from fractional ounces to 1 gal., at speeds up to 150 cpm, and is easily installed into existing packaging lines. Options include Class 100 cleanroom design, stainless-steel construction, discharge conveyors, large capacity disc sorters, large capacity floor-level hopper, and ionized air rinser.
