Batch cleaner
Unit Design introduces its fourth-generation aqueous batch cleaner, the ABC-2002. This self-contained, computer-controlled system is NASA tested and approved for cleaning printed circuits boards, although not industry specific. The stainless steel cleaning chamber is 20䂈䂆-in.
It has its own on-board 18,000 W water heater, automatic proportional chemistry injection system, blower/dryer system, resistivity (cleanliness) sensor, and offers a 3-HP, two-speed pump and temperature control of all water cycles.
The pump reduces proceed time and keeps chemical, water, and effluent costs low.
