The TS-24 flexible sprinkler head system from FlexHead is made for use in steel exhaust ductwork where traditional hardpipe assemblies are impractical, or where corrosion is a concern, particularly in the semiconductor, VOC abatement, paint, and volatile chemical markets. The system consists of a stainless steel hose, a mounting block for steel ducts, and a sprinkler head. Each head is coated in wax and enclosed in double polybags for extra protection in hazardous environments. The steel base plate is pop-riveted to the ductwork, and the sprinkler head is easily attachable.
