PACE, Inc. is introducing English and Spanish educational fume extraction videos that provide a comprehensive explanation of the chemical and particulate components in solder fumes and the health hazards associated with exposure to these harmful substances.

The videos describe recommended alternatives for reducing exposure to solder fumes with an emphasis on the localized exhaust ventilation process known as fume extraction. These systems collect the fume through a variety of source captive devices, then the pollutants are removed with a three-stage filtration process so the clean air can be recirculated into the work environment.
