Trace oxygen analyzer
Teledyne Brown Engineering Analytical Instruments has upgraded the Model 3160 trace oxygen analyzer to analyze trace oxygen in hazardous area groups A, B, C, and D for use in the chemical, petrochemical and gas transmission industries.
An option on the 3160 is the microprocessor-controlled, continuous monitoring of high purity gases in the 0-1 ppm O2 range. Occasional AutoZeroing to assure precise results can be accomplished locally or remotely by using TRACS (Teledyne Remote Analyzer Control Software).
Designers recommend using the optional oxygen scrubber to produce oxygen-free zero gas, eliminating the need for an external zero gas.
Also, to assure uninterrupted analysis, Teledyne has incorporated in the 3160 an extra sensor option to avoid lost analysis time during sensor replacement.
