Cleanroom fogger

Cleanroom fogger

PWC Technologies introduces its CO2 Fogger, a visual vapor generator for use in cleanrooms. The CO2 fogger uses heated DI water and dry ice to generate a dense, non-contaminating fog for such applications as laminar flow tests, airflow balancing, wet bench exhaust optimization, chemical process equipment ventilation tests, personnel safety exhaust verification, pressure-balancing between rooms and spaces, and leak detection in ducts. A two-function wand produces either a blanket or a jet of fog for normally up to 10 to 12 minutes–6 to 8 minutes without a power connection for remote operation.

Housed in 304 stainless steel, the fog chamber is made of anodized aluminum; the wand of PVC, Acrylic and Delryn. Less than one cubic foot, the fogger weighs approximately 26 lbs. when charged with dry ice and DI water.
