Terra Universal manufactures a low-particle, modular cleanroom that meets Class 10 (or better) contamination requirements. Available in standard sizes, beginning at 8- (W) &#165 8- (D) &#165 7-in. (H), the cleanroom can be customized to meet user requirements. The all-welded, epoxy-finished steel frame forms a rigid support structure for ceiling HEPA or ULPA filter/blowers, with filtration efficiency as high as 99.9999 percent at 12 &#181m. The modular cleanroom does have fluorescent lights. Side walls are made of plexiglass or static-dissipative PVC. The full-height door can be interfaced to a separate gowning area and/or air shower, which functions as a contamination buffer zone.
