Truck oven
The Grieve Corp.`s Model 759 500°F electric truck oven has been designed to operate in a Class 10,000 cleanroom. The unit is currently used for drying water from stainless steel and aluminum molds. The oven features a workspace of 48- ¥ 60-in. with 4-in. insulated walls. A 30 kW heat input is provided by Incolony sheathed tabular heating elements. A 2,000 CFM recirculating blower, powered by a 2-HP motor, provides horizontal airflow across the load. The oven has a 16 ga. stainless steel interior, continuously welded seams, inner oven walls extending through the throat area to seal directly against the cellular silicon rubber door gaskets, and heavy gauge doors with positive latching hardware. The 759 includes HEPA filters for recirculation airflow to maintain its Class 10,000 rating. Magnehelic pressure gauges are installed across these filters to indicate any pressure drop. Grieve also provides a stainless steel loading truck with two rigid and two swivel stainless steel casters. Truck tracks are built into the oven floor for easy loading/unloading.
