Tri-Clover`s line of positive displacement pumps for different processing requirements are available in a wide variety of sizes. Units in the pump line can deliver up to 290 psi. The new line of pumps includes TSK and TSR models, which have CIP capability and comply with USDA and 3A requirements as well as hygiene standards. All-T-series models are constructed of 316 stainless steel for corrosion resistance; the pumps are designed with a sealed spline area with rotor nut O-rings located at the back of the rotor. The T-Series shims are located behind the casing so rotor clearance can be set without gear case disassembly.
The TSR pumps enable processors to match frame, rotors and seals to suit individual applications. Interchangeable rotors accommodate a wide range of temperatures and viscosities, while a choice of hard- or soft-faced seals accommodate abrasives or corrosive Tri-Clover T-Series pumps.
Five of the TSK “ultra-clean” pumps are designed for food, biotechnology, and pharmaceutical applications. They feature a design that completely separates processed product from potential sources of contamination. The pump`s spline is totally enclosed in the rotor, eliminating exposed rotor nuts, splines, and front cover recesses.
