Class 10,000 cleanroom truck oven

The Grieve Corp.`s newest oven is No. 759, a 500&#176F electric truck oven, designed to operate in a Class 10,000 cleanroom. This oven is currently being used to dry water from stainless steel and aluminum molds. The oven features a workspace of 48 &#165 60-in. with 4-in. insulated walls. A 30-kW heat input is provided by Incoloy sheathed tubular heating elements. A 2,000 cfm recirculating blower, powered by a 2 HP motor, provides horizontal airflow across the load. The oven is constructed with a 16-gauge stainless steel interior, continuously welded interior seams, inner oven walls extending through the throat area to seal directly against the cellular silicon rubber door gaskets and heavy gauge doors equipped with positive latching hardware. HEPA filters are provided in the recirculated airflow to maintain the Class 10,000 rating.
