Fluoroware and Nippon Valqua Industries form joint venture

Chaska, MN–Fluoroware, Inc. and Nippon Valqua Industries (Tokyo, Japan) are establishing a joint venture in Japan to provide factory-direct sales, marketing, technical support and service. The new venture, Fluoroware-Valqua Japan KK, will begin operations in February 1997. For about 20 years, both companies have provided material handling and critical fluid management products to the Japanese microelectronics industry.
