The SEC Ultrasonic Cleaner from Blue Wave Ultrasonics combines the processes of aqueous-based ultrasonic cleaning, a two-stage counterflowing rinse cycle and forced hot air drying into one system. The SEC does not require volatile solvents and can be used as a replacement for vapor degreasers. By using ultrasonic agitation, the SEC removes grease, oil, dirt, solder flux, buffing compounds and other contaminants. Several features are available: particulate filtration, customized tank formats, surface oil removal, and full system automation.
