Window film

Madico, Inc. is manufacturing a special window film, the TA-81, for the reduction of up to 99 percent of harmful blue and ultraviolet light leakage (<500 nm) into the cleanroom.

The pressure sensitive film, available in rolls of various widths, can be professionally installed to fit any size cleanroom window. After application, the film does not significantly reduce brightness levels within and does not interfere with necessary interior lighting.

The TA-81 window film is designed for rooms where damaging blue light and UV radiation are deleterious to the manufacturing process. Madico`s film, when applied to cleanroom windows, blocks unwanted light from outside sources.

In portable cleanrooms, the window film will help to eliminate the problems that arise when the cleanroom is located near a hallway, passage door or outside building windows.
