TMP Technologies is the exclusive distributor for Capu-cell, a semi-closed, hydrophilic polyurethane foam specially designed for use in cleanroom swabs and wipers. Manufactured by Time Release Sciences Inc., according to the company, Capu-Cell is the latest in specialty and exotic foams and has greater absorbency than sponges. Used in wipers, the material is smooth, uniform and durable, resists tearing and fraying, and has low particulate content.

As presaturated wipers, Capu-cell can incorporate any liquid, releasing it steadily as pressure is applied. It air-dries to the touch while storing product for the next application.
