Vacuum Atmospheres presents the Nexus One Series system controller, which integrates instrumentation and control for the company`s inert atmosphere laboratories and purification systems for applications in the semiconductor and pharmaceutical industries, as well as applications such as laser-welding titanium, lithium battery production, chemical handling and specialized material handling. When used with the company`s Dri-Trains and Dri-Labs inert atmosphere laboratories and purification systems, Nexus One monitors, controls and displays all system parameters. The CPU is an ISA-compatible single-board computer interfaced with a VGA card for the color monitor. A Vac driver board controls valves and pumps, a D/A card controls blower speed, and an A/D card governs sensor signal processing.
