High volume purifier

The GateKeeper model 5000K high-volume inert gas purifier from Aeronex, is a wall-mounted unit for flow rates up to 600 slm. Applications include: semiconductor process tool interlock gases, product packaging and cleaning station gases, and gases for the high-purity welding of large diameter stainless-steel tubing.

The 5000K has isolation valves and a 0.5-in. male face seal inlet fitting and 0.5-in. female face seal outlet fitting. Outlet filters up to 0.003 micron are optional.

The Gate Keeper lowers molecular impurities in bulk specialty gases such as oxygen, CO2, CO and H2 to the sub-ppb level.

It is designed for inert gases, including argon, helium, krypton, neon, hydrogen, nitrogen and xenon.
