Japan headquarters and technology center completed ahead of schedule

Kawasaki, Japan — Construction of Watkins-Johnson International-Japan`s (WJIJ) new 41,000 ft2 headquarters and technology center has been completed two weeks ahead of schedule. The completed facility was handed over to WJIJ by Takenaka Corp. It houses a state-of-the-art applications laboratory capable of supporting up to six of Watkins Johnson`s dielectric-deposition systems, a training center, a spares depot and a service center. From the new location, WJIJ will provide its customer base with system demonstrations, service support, sales, and training.
