Nilfisk of America`s new CWR75SS vacuum cleaner includes a multi-stage filtration system with optional HEPA or ULPA filters that can be fitted on both working and cooling airflows to meet cleanroom standards. The vacuum`s electro-polished 316L grade stainless steel tank, components, and trolley make the unit autoclave safe. Food-grade welds retard microbial growth and allow for easy decontamination. The first stage of filtration is a foam impact filter that fits over and protects the float-valve from clogging debris. The main filter consists of 105 porous, polyethylene tubes, which are water, mildew, rot, and corrosion resistant. The filter can capture particles down to one micron. At the final stage, a microfilter protects the optional upstream HEPA or ULPA filter and acts as a barrier to even bacteria-sized particles. Materials may be collected in one of two container options: for dry collection only, a 12-gallon disposable paper bag; for direct collection, into the 19-gallon vacuum tank. For easy disposal of liquid debris, the CWR75SS has an optional drain valve.
