Montgomery and Canton work hand-in-glove for hand safety

Canton Glove, Ltd. (Canton, OH), a producer of chemical-resistant gloves, has been acquired by The Montgomery Group, Inc. The new venture will be marketed under the name Montgomery Safety Products. Canton Glove manufactures both nitrile and natural rubber gloves for use in cleanrooms. The Montgomery Group, Inc. specializes in consulting services and new product development for the safety wearing apparel industry. New product development will be a focal point for Montgomery Safety Products. Future plans call for a complete line of protective products, some of which are currently in the development stage. “Our strengths lie in research and development and in our knowledge of industrial hand safety,” states president Jim McFadden. — SES
