Olin to operate photoresist facilities in a cleanroom

Olin Corp.`s Microelectronics Materials Division plans to build photoresist facilities to support its i-line and deep UV photoresists. The $20 million site will be built in North Kingstown, RI, and is set for completion in Q2 1998. The facilities will operate in a cleanroom environment to accommodate high-purity requirements for next generation photoresists. ISO-9001 quality systems and procedures will be built into the new facility. — KS
