Performance Contracting Group acquires North Bros., Inc.

Performance Contracting Group, Inc., (PCG) has acquired North Bros., Inc., from National Service Industries (NSI) of Atlanta, GA. PCG is the parent corporation of Performance Contracting, Inc., an international specialty contractor to the mechanical, power, process, cleanroom and commercial interior, cold storage, and marine construction industries. PCG also has subsidiaries in abatement, fire protection, and cleanroom products manufacturing. North Bros., Inc. services the Southeastern U.S. in insulation contracting, industrial cleaning, fabrication, and material sales and distribution, operating in some of the same specialties as PCI, which does not currently operate in the Southeast.–SES
