Photoionization detector

International Sensor Technology (IST) has introduced the TLV Panther, an industrial precision Photoionization Detector (PID). Offering fast response and high sensitivity, photoionization is the preferred method for detection of TLV levels of VOCs and, according to the company, the TLV Panther is the first PID unit of its kind to utilize precise response curve with no correction factors. The unit is preprogrammed with the actual response curves of 30 different gases. Up to three additional electrochemical sensors can be added for more selective detection.

Microprocessor-based, menu driven controls provide easy operation. Optional

datalogging is available, as is the “Einstein” Windows-based PC data management program.
