Pall Corp. (East Hills, NY) is now selling its Separel degasification module to semiconductor manufacturers through an exclusive distribution agreement with Dainippon Ink and Chemicals Inc. (Tokyo). The Separel degasification module is the first of its kind to reduce dissolved oxygen in deionized water to less than one part-per-billion in a single step. — KS
