Cleanroom wiper

Texwipe`s new HydroFoam wiper is constructed of a next-generation hydrophilic polyurethane substrate designed for wet and dry cleaning, spill control, applying disinfectants and biocides, or for use as a padded work surface. HydroFoam wipers are precision-cut for low-particle generation, uniform thickness and consistent performance. The highly absorbent white polyurethane foam has no abrasive edges, and unlike other polyurethane foams, HydroFoam readily absorbs aqueous cleaning solutions, solvents, and biocidal agents. Its open-cell structure and high liquid capacity — it holds eight times its weight in water — make it ideal for cleaning large areas without rewetting. Its soft texture and conformability make it ideal for use on sensitive surfaces. Autoclavable (250 degrees C for 20 minutes at 17 to 20 psi) for use in sterile suites, they can also be used in many ESD-safe environments. A natural desiccant, HydroFoam absorbs ambient room moisture, allowing it to safely dissipate electrical charges in environments with 40 to 60 percent rH. The 8-in. &#165 8-in. &#165 1/10-in. (20 cm &#165 20 cm &#165 2.5 mm) wipers are packaged 25 each, according to Texwipe`s Bag-Within-A-Bag system. Custom sizes are also available.
