SEP acquires FlexLink

Sweden

Scandinavian Equity Partners Ltd. (SEP) has acquired the majority interest in FlexLink AB, a global supplier of flexible chain conveyor systems, from Swedish industrial investment company AB SKF. SEP`s principal owners are investor AB and U.S. private equity firm AEA. SKF is a large user of FlexLink equipment in its bearing production lines and will retain a 10 percent stake in the new company. Divestment was the result of SKF`s focus on its core activity — the production of bearings. — SES
