Moisture analyzer

Ametek`s new moisture analyzer features low-level, multigas compatibility, fast response time and low maintenance. The Model 5900UHP requires less than 10 minutes to reach 90 percent of the final reading, from 2 ppm to 100 ppb, and less than 30 minutes to reach 100 percent, from 100 ppb to 0. Used by semiconductor fabs, gas suppliers, research labs and others involved with ultra-high-purity gases, the system provides a low detection limit of less than 5 parts per billion moisture in many specialty gases. The analyzer is available in bench-top or rack-mount configurations and can be controlled by users to meet specific requirements. A number of signal averaging algorithms allow the unit to be configured as an alarm or measurement instrument.
