MAC 10 4`x4` RSRE

The new MAC 10 4`x4` RSRE&#174 (Room Side Replaceable Everything) is a bigger and bolder version of the MAC 10 2`x4`&#174 Fan Filter Module. The 4`x4` provides semiconductor, microelectronic, disk drive and pharmaceutical manufacturers the ease and flexibility of a modular air filtration system. The units can be used for new 100% coverage cleanrooms, expansions or retrofits.

Using the MAC 10 4`x4` RSRE results in lower installation costs, less ceiling grid, less maintenance and down time, as well as lower energy costs. The 4`x4` enables you to service the filters, motor, and electrical components from the clean side of the room. Half the number of 4`x4` units are needed for supplying air when compared to 2`x4` units. And of course, fewer units mean fewer motors and greatly reduced electrical consumption.

The MAC 10 4`x4` RSRE gives you all of this while maintaining the MAC 10`s patented sound absorption technology. Operating at 90 FPM, the MAC 10 4`x4` RSRE`s sound level is 54 dBA, when measured 39″ from the filter face. Standard features of the 4`x4` include: Room Side Replaceable Gel Seal HEPA or ULPA filters, Totally Enclosed External Rotor Motor, Solid State Speed Control, Walkable Plenum, and a Pleated Prefilter. The unit is available in 115V, 220V, 277V, 415V, and 460V single or three phase.
