The APC-1000 Portable Airborne Particle Counter from Biotest Diagnostics Corp. pro vides precise measurements of particulate contamination in cleanrooms and laminar flow areas. The compact, lightweight, portable instrument measures total particles or particles per cu. ft. at 0.3, 0.5, 1.0 and 5.0 microns simultaneously, while also measuring temperature and humidity. The APC-1000 automatically stores up to 200 measurements in memory with the date, time, and sample count for later review.

Biotest also introduces the RCS PLUS Centrifugal Air Sampler, which samples airborne microbial levels in ambient environments. It can be calibrated using the keypad, and it features audible signals, which alert the user when sampling is completed or if the sampling cycle is interrupted.
