PSP-EZ® Joining System
Fab-Tech is proud to introduce our new PSP-EZ® joining system (patent pending). PSP-EZ® means extremely fast tool hook-up which translates to a savings of up to 50% for assembly versus our alternative Van Stone Ring installation. We now offerour PermaShield Pipe (PSP®) with Teflon® coating from 14.0″ down to 4.0″ diameter sizes with Van Stone Rings or EZ clamps. In sizes 2.0 and 3.0 inch diameter, the EZ clamp joining system is used exclusively for duct, fittings, accessories, and adapters. This makes PSP-EZ® ideal for tool hook-up, drain line or any corrosive fume exhaust applications. It also makes PSP-EZ® the ultimate in coated duct for flexibility in the field.
PSP-EZ® fittings share the same benefits as our PSP® product. These include: high quality manufacturing standards; superior to PVC, CVPC, PP or FRP for corrosion resistance at elevated temperatures (to 300ºF); a wide variety of fitting configurations; field modifiable (the coating does not delaminate); superior gasket; and FM approved for smoke and fume exhaust. This patent pending joining system offers easy hook-up with no sacrifice in integrity or flexibility.
PSP® is a premier product. It offers significant life-cycle benefits versus exotic alloys, plastics and FRP. It will reduce maintenance and unscheduled downtime, and is very cost-effective.
