Softwall Cleanroom Utilizes Low Energy FFU

Airo Clean, Inc. offers the CleanStation&#174 softwall cleanroom that provides durability, flexibility and energy efficiency for applications where Class 100,000 to Class 1 conditions are required. Made to order from modular components, the CleanStation can be designed to many shapes and sizes, expanded as business needs change, easily relocated from one site to another and is completely pre-assembled for quick on-site installation. The standard perimeter barrier consists of clear vinyl panels (also available with a variety of optional rigid panels) and alternating clear and frosted strips for entry areas.

The CleanStation uses the UltraGuard&#174 filter fan unit for filtration and fluorescent light fixtures with electronic ballasts, both offering low energy consumption. Electrical wiring and receptacles are provided on the ceiling framework with convenient electrical plug-in connections for the FFU`s and light fixtures.

The heart of the CleanStation, the UltraGuard HEPA Fan Module, provides low energy consumption with a motor draw less than 2 amps, low heat gain and quiet operation.
