CFM receives $4.9 million order from Korean manufacturer

CFM Technologies, Inc., a manufacturer of advanced wet processing equipment for the semiconductor and flat panel display industries, has received a $4.9 million, follow-on order from ANAM Industrial Co., Ltd. The Korea-based semiconductor manufacturer purchased two of CFM`s Full-Flow 8050 Dual Vessel Systems, which it plans to use for post-ash cleaning. The first tool will be shipped during ANAM`s first fiscal quarter ending January 31, 1998, with the second tool scheduled for shipment during the following quarter. — TGW
