The HOBO H8 family of multichannel loggers from Onset Computer provides unattended recording of temperature, humidity, light intensity and voltage. They can be used for various applications such as troubleshooting HVAC systems, monitoring facilities and warehouses, as well as evaluating energy usage and tracking conditions during transportation. The HOBO H8 family consists of four models available with one-, two- or four- measurement channels to measure temperatures from -4 degrees Fahrenheit to +158 degrees Fahrenheit, humidity from 25 percent to 95 percent RH, light intensity from 2 to 600 lumens/square feet and dewpoint. The external input accepts an external temperature sensor that measures from -40 degrees Fahrenheit to +248 degrees Fahrenheit or a voltage input of 0 to +2.5 V DC. User-selectable sampling rates range from 0.5 seconds to 9 hours. The non-volatile EEPROM memory saves data even if the battery fails.
