One-cfm particle counter able to achieve sensitivity to 0.3 &#181m

Met One`s new one-cfm particle counter performs spot checking tasks to complete cleanroom certification. A high-performance sensor coupled to a blower/pump allows the Model 3113 to achieve reliable sensitivity to 0.3 &#181m at a full one-cfm sample flow rate. All operational features are accessed from a front panel, with particle count data from up to six size channels, as well as temperature, relative humidity and air velocity, displayed simultaneously on a large LCD. Counting modes include auto/manual, concentration, 209E, cumulative/differential, count averaging and “BEEP” modes. The Model 3113 will store data with numeric location labels (0-999) and is available with an optional programming feature that will also store sampling parameters for each location. Stored count data can be printed as counts-per-cubic foot, total counts or Federal Standard 209E calculations. It also supports RS232 and RS485 serial communications for downloading data to computers running on Universal Utility software. The Model 3113 operates on standard AC power. Its patented configuration allows performance that meets the Japanese Industrial Standard for particle counting.
