The Clear Series is the newest product from SG Water Systems. It is specifically configured for integrated circuit manufacturing. The Clear Series uses a single multi-functional cartridge containing an active carbon stage, a mixed-bed ion exchanger and a scavenger stage — a mixture of microporous adsorptive resins. It provides an 18.2 megohm centimeter resistivity and 0.2 micron particle removal with a final filter. In addition, the Clear Series has an ultraviolet lamp for photo-oxidation on organic compounds that results in TOC values of <3 ppb.
