FSI International expands chemical management operations

FSI International has expanded operations at its Newhaven, England, facility, adding an assembly area and starting production of its ChemFill 1500 series chemical delivery modules. Renamed FSI Chemical Management Europe Ltd. (FSI-CME), the facility has been upgraded to handle increased production. Space has been added for design and applications support personnel and to allow FSI customers to train prior to fab installation. — TGW
