Merger creates new U.S. Filter company

U.S. Filter has merged two of its subsidiaries, Consolidated Electric and Autocon, to create a new company called U.S. Filter Control Systems. Based in St. Paul, MN, the company will provide control, telemetry and supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) systems for water, wastewater and liquid process applications. U.S. Filter specializes in water management and resource recovery services for industrial and commercial users and municipalities. — TGW
