Microscope system

Beams Jr. is an emission microscope system that detects emission failures on the front and back sides of packaged devices and wafers. It features a small footprint and comes with software, optics, programmable microscope, enclosure, cart and printer. Beams Jr. also includes a high-pixel count sensor and can be upgraded.
