The SuperFlo BFV is a 1.00 bulk facility valve that controls and monitors liquids and gases used in the fabrication of semiconductors and other applications in the chemical, petrochemical and pharmaceutical industries. Its flow capacity is 99 percent of an equivalent length of a straight tube, according to the manufacturer. Other features include corrosion resistance and an improved surface finish. The SuperFlo BFV is manufactured and tested in a Class 10 cleanroom.
