Wafer analysis system

The Video Contact Angle (VCA)-3000mp wafer surface analysis system is made for 300-mm wafers and identifies wafer surface contamination, adhesive and primer preparation, coating assessment of the HMDS process, and coating quality and uniformity. The system is a user-independent workstation where test-point location, droplet-size dispensing and contact-angle calculations are done automatically under computer control.
